The processes of contact execution and InstaTrade clients servicing are based on the Civil Codex of the Russian Federation, Securities Exchange Act № 39-Federal Law from 22.04.1996, “Concerning Commodity Exchanges and Exchange Trade” № 2383-1 from 20.02.1992, “Concerning the Protection of the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Investors on the Securities Market” № 46- Federal Law from 05.03.1999 (revised and expanded), Regulatory System of Federal Commission of the Russian Financial Market, other federal laws and normative acts of the Russian Government, The Federal Commission for the Securities Market, The Federal Financial Markets Service, and on the business customs.

Contract relation execution between the client and InstaTrade can be completed in the company’s office or distantly.

For Kaliningrad city residents it is enough to apply to our company’s office and we will help you to draw up all the documents. We are located in the business-centre “Paris” of “Europa-centre” complex, enter from the Leninskiy prospect (the right side of the building), office №516. In order to avoid “waiting in a queue” we ask you to appoint the time of your visit by phone: 61 64 58. Pay attention that the working time of InstaTrade: from 9-18 p.m. week days. Lunch: 13-14 p.m.

If you do not live in Kaliningrad then you can download look through the documents by yourself, make sure that InstaTrade has enough capital base which size must reach not less than 10 million rubles till 01.07.2010, not less than 35 million rubles till 01.07.2010 and not less than 50 million rubles till 01.07.2011.
